TurnClear and H2OLL have formed a commercial partnership to scale water-from-air infrastructure across North America, with a focus on high-growth, water-stressed markets in the Southwestern US.The companies have signed a strategic MOU to deploy infrastructure-grade, decentralized water systems under a water-as-a-service model, eliminating upfront CapEx for customers and enabling long-term, contracted revenue through Water Purchase Agreements (WPAs).This partnership establishes water-from-air as a financeable, yield-generating asset class, with a targeted $15 million deployment pipeline over the next 36 months.H2OLL’s proprietary liquid desiccant technology unlocks high-efficiency water production in low-humidity environments—a segment where legacy AWG solutions have issues where demand is most acute.
